I've started to write a small set of rules and propositions w.r.t
Olena 1.0's coding style:

The document should also be the place to discuss and establish the
naming conventions for the project (identifiers, file names, etc.).
This is just a beginning (lots of TODO, most not mentioned). Some
paragraphs are tagged as ``Questions'', and are open to discussions.
