Regarding the use of our framework in other languages, currently, there is no official support for binding towards C# or Pascal. However it is probably possible to make some bindings using tools like Swig (www.swig.org). Our image processing library, Milena, already have some Python bindings making c++ functions available in Python programs. These bindings are available in Swilena (one of the top directory of the Olena package). If you make working bindings for Scribo or Milena, please let us know, that would be a great work to share.
