[Olena-patches] last-svn-commit-43-gfb99254 Disable the implicit generation of HTML from LaTeX.

* build-aux/tex.mk (.tex.html): Remove this rule, since (TeX4ht) HTML outputs may contain more than one file (e.g., CSS style sheets, images, etc.).
