* doc/Makefile.am: (DOC_SRCDIR, OUTPUTS_SRCDIR, SPLIT_OUTPUTS_SRCDIR, FIGURES_SRCDIR) (EXAMPLES_SRCDIR, SPLIT_EXAMPLES_SRCDIR, IMG_SRCDIR, doc_dir): Remove variables.
