definition file
uses extensions of sdf-attribute. The esdf parser is really
needed. Nicolas, when will you be able to write it?
I think it's ready, cxx-grammar already use it. I switched back to the
old version (ie, from cxx-grammar-attributed) because I didn't want to
fight with the autotools.
