Summary: grammar and lists with concrete syntax
Initial Comment:
the following rule:
a : |Declaration[ ... ~InitDeclarator+: ys ~ ; ]| -> ls
fails at compilation time.
moreover, |Declaration[ DeclSpecifier-iter ... ]| doesn't do what's expected. (DeclSpecifier-iter expands in ast like DeclSpecifier)

Summary: check test/disambiguate/anonym-02
Initial Comment:
This test on anonymous namespace used to pass, but something in 'using namespace' broke it.

Summary: For statement
Initial Comment:
The grammar is now correct for 'for statement', but it introduced an additional unresolved ambiguity.

Summary: Operator &&
Initial Comment:
Operator '&&' mysteriously fail, operator '||' or 'and' work fine.

Summary: standard input with parse-cxx
Initial Comment:
parse-cxx seems to not work at all when the "-i" option is skipped. It should normally take the standard input as input.
