Add Olena 0.10a to the build farm.
* web/build.pl: Add olena-0.10a.
* buildfarm_worker/brasilia.fns: Build and test olena 0.10a.
* buildfarm_worker/package.fns (conf_olena_0_10a): New.
(conf_clspr, default_conf_tc): Print the version of Ruby.
