Are you willing to share the SDF grammar that forms the basis of your experiments so that we can make sure that the same inputs are being processed?
The grammar is in a public SVN repository [1] which is organized with one directory per implementation and with a directory that contains the test suite. You can find a clean (extended) SDF grammar of PHENIX in "disamd-test/src/syn". A test suite is also available in disamb-test/tests, each test is a ".in" file that contains tags used to generate the expected output. If you want to generate the expected output or to tests the TAG version you have to install transformers-generic-tools [2]. This work is mainly the work of Renaud Durlin which is currently working elsewhere.
