Add meta code evaluation [debug version]. This is the first working version with complete meta code evaluation. For loops and Ifs are evaluated at the meta-level and code is generated by xrm-front accordingly.
/!\ This version contains debugging messages to be removed. The code also needs to be cleaned up and re-organized a bit.
