* monoburg.c: Emit code to generate a file that does not need glib to compile. Add `-g' option to control this emission.

Comme c'est pas beau ! Pq ne pas faire comme pour les runtimes asm et pour version.cc dans tc : génération d'un #define à partir d'un fichier.
