I'm happy to announce the release of Patcher 3.10. Patcher is an XEmacs package for automating the maintenance of version control system based projects. It is the official tool for XEmacs development. What's new in this version: ** New feature: provide built-in themes for some revision control systems These are PRCS, CVS, Subversion, Darcs and Mercurial.
